This is an all year program for High school aged student-athletes. We train throughout the offseason, but also have in-season training to keep their bodies healthy and maintain strength during a long season.
Summer 2022 Schedule
Monday - Friday
4:30 - 6:30 PM
Designed for CJFL, USport, NCAA and CFL level athletes.
We've received feedback from high school coaches in the area concerned that their linemen haven't been training through the offseason. Given the time restraint we've created a specialized program for these athletes to prepare them for the season.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
July 4 - August 12
The price of training depends on how many in-person sessions you have per week.
If you can't make it to the facility on any given day, no sweat! We are set up on the "TeamBuildr" App, so you will always have access to the program and can do the training on your own at school or community gym. There are instructional videos linked in the app, and we track your numbers there as well.

Less than 15 minutes from Sherwood Park, our facility boasts a 4500 sq ft state of the art weight room with plenty of open turf area with sleds, tires, plyo boxes, a basketball hoop and a jugs machine.
Next to the gym we have 2 45 x 32 yard turf fields.
