Coach Aaron Grymes
Defensive Backs Coach
Coach AG brings a wealth of experience to our camps with 9 years and counting of professional football under his belt. AG has spent some time working with high school student-athletes in Idaho at Moscow High School. Now making his home in Edmonton, he is fired up to join our staff and build up the next class of great defensive backs in Northern Alberta.
Playing Days
Originally from Seattle, AG attended the University of Idaho where he played from 2009-2012. Coach AG signed with Edmonton in 2013 where he played three seasons becoming a CFL All-Star and Grey Cup Champion in 2015. In 2016 he was signed by the Philadelphia Eagles where he spent the full season before returning to Edmonton in 2017. After a brief stint with the BC Lions, Coach AG is back with the Elks.
Education
At University of Idaho, Aaron majored in General Studies with a minor in communications.
He also is a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer
